We all know that life can be full of struggles and negative thoughts. Sometimes it takes effort to block out these negative thoughts and actively think of the things that bring you joy and happiness in turn changing your outlook on life. We are asking everyone to ‘Take a Minute’” each day to write down 3 things that they love and appreciate at that moment. We know that this can develop your brain to think of the positive things first and improve your mental health. After all, it only takes 1 minute and you deserve it.
